TRICEPS STRETCH:
I gave an example of how to do triceps stretching after doing the triceps kick back exercise.
Process:
Stand or sit straight. The spine will be straight
Raise the left arm upwards. Break the elbow and bring the lower part of the elbow to the back of the head. Let the fingers of the left hand touch the middle of the spine behind your head.( Picture No.1)👇

Press the other hand in the same way.
